Room to Breathe - we are management and rental company based in Fuerteventura, Islas Canarias, España.

Our company was created in 2007 and is based on great experience in everything related to the rentals, administration and management of all types of properties.

We have wide range of the properties located in different areas of the island, especially in the north - in Corralejo and nearby - and we manage the properties either rented for short or long periods, or for the exclusive use of the owners. We are proud to offer our clients a wide and varied portfolio of properties throughout the island of Fuerteventura, in very attractive places such as Corralejo, El Cotillo, Lajares, Villaverde, Parque Holandes, Puerto del Rosario, Caleta de Fuste, Gran Tarajal, Costa Calma and Costa Antigua.

We also provide maintenance services for homes, gardens and swimming pools; big and small repairs; advice on different types of reforms and improvements, cleaning and laundry, interior and exterior painting, contracts and inventories compilation, advice and assistance in purchasing for property, such as furniture, decoration, appliances, utensils, etc. Our strong point is to be able to offer a complete package of services- from the moment of takin tittle we make sure to take care of your property in all aspects, guaranteeing professionalism, experience, transparency and the total availability of our team.
